1a. Go to this website

1b. If the website in 1a. doesn't load (because its overloaded) or leaves you stuck on a purple screen then go to this website

2. Simply "Slide To Jailbreak"

Steps (For Fixing MMS And Facetime):

1. After Jailbreaking open Cydia


2. Apply ALL the updates it asks for


3. You SHOULD GOOD! If not check the alternative method below! 

Steps (For Fixing MMS And Facetime) - Alternative Method:

1. After jailbreaking open iTunes

2. Restore from a backup you made! 

3. THAT SHOULD DO IT! If it doesn't keep reading if not your good! 

4. If steps 1-2 didn't work restore to the latest official firmware and REJAILBREAK!

Enable iOS 4 Features On iPhone 2G/iPod Touch 1G + Make iPhone 3G/iPod Touch 2G Faster!

Ever wanted iOS 4 features on your iPhone 2G or iPod Touch 1st Gen? Well now you can! And you can also make your iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2nd Gen NON MC  faster by using a modified version of 3.1.3 with iOS 4 features enabled!

Steps:

1. Download WhiteD00r (Mac only for now!)

2. Download 3.1.3 for your iDevice

3. Run the modified version of Pwnage Tool (WhiteD00r) and select expert mode then your iDevice

4. Make the settings to your liking then build the ISPW

5. Open iTunes and ALT + Left click restore and select your custom ISPW -- If you had a friend make it and your on a PC it's Shift + Left click restore

Steps (If you get a 16xx error):

1. Follow steps 1-4 above

2. Download firmware 3.1.2 for your iDevice

3a. Restore to 3.1.2 By either Alt + Left click or Shift + Left click restore (depending on your operating system)

Setting iDevice into DFU/Recovery Mode

3b. -This Step Is Conditional-  If step 3a. failed then set iDevice into DFU mode by turning off your iDevice then holding down the power button for 5 seconds then without letting go of the power button start holding the home button and continue holding both for 10 seconds then let go of the power button and continue holding the home button until your iDevice is recognized by iTunes and then follow 3a. unless it fails in which case see step 3c.

3c. -This Step Is Conditional-  If step 3a. and 3b. failed then set iDevice into recovery mode by holding down the home and the power button until your iDevice shows a USB cabled plugged into the iTunes symbol (should take about 20 seconds) and then follow 3a.

4. Exit out of iTunes and run blackra1n (can be downloaded here) - See steps below for blackra1n instructions -

5. Then simply restore using Alt + Left clicking or Shift + Left clicking on restore and select your custom 3.1.3 ISPW made with the modified version of PwnageTool (WhiteD00r)

What Blackra1n Should Look Like On Your iDevice

1. Open blackra1n 

2. Connect iDevice

3. EXIT iTUNES! 

4. Click "Make It Ra1n"

5. When it reboots run the blackra1n app

6. Pick install Cydia and blacksn0w (the unlock) **ONLY install blacksn0w if your on an iPhone 3G**

Trick Any App Into Thinking Your Over Wi-Fi - 3g Unrestrictor 2.1.1-2

You Won't See This Any More! 

Ever wanted to download a 20 mb + app while on the go via the app store, but you always end up getting an error saying connect to a Wi-Fi network? Well now you can bypass that and trick ANY app into thinking your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi using 3g Unrestrictor 2.1.1-2

Steps (without mobile terminal installed on your iDevice):

1. Download the .deb file here

2. SSH into your iDevice

3. Navigate to /tmp

4. Place the .deb file in the tmp folder and rename it to something you can remember

5. Open the terminal feature in your SSH client (Ctrl + T while in WinSCP, if its anything else google it)

6. Execute this command: dpkg -i /tmp/name.deb **Note that you must replace name with whatever you named your file!**

7. YOU MUST REBOOT - NOT RESPRING!

Steps (with mobile terminal installed on your iDevice):

1. Download the .deb file here

2. SSH into your iDevice

3. Navigate to /var/mobile

4. Place the file inside of the mobile folder and rename it to something you can remember

5. Open Mobile Terminal on your iDevice

6. Type the following into terminal:

su root

(when prompted for a password type) alpine (if you changed your SSH password that is what it would be instead)

dpkg -i xxxx.deb **Note** xxxx stands for whatever you renamed the file to

7. REBOOT NOT RESPRING!

iPhone 4 Jailbreak + ALL OTHER iDEVICES ON 4.0 AND UP!

Ok so here is the scoop, Comex along with the other members of the Dev team are working on a tool that will take advantage of (an) exploit(s) that they have found in Apples firmware. As of now, the jailbreak is finished; however, they are still working out bugs and fixing the lag (etc.)! Comex posted this on his Twitter recently:

FWIW, I am not planning on waiting for Sunday if it's ready before then; nor am I releasing on Sunday if it's not ready by then.
